Jón was born and raised in Reykjavik, Iceland. From a young age, he was fascinated by the country's unique geology and natural landscapes. After completing his degree in International Studies at the University of Iceland.

In his free time, Jón enjoys exploring Europe's stunning wilderness, often going on hiking and skiing trips with his friends. He is also an avid reader of Icelandic sagas, and enjoys immersing himself in the country's rich literary history. In the evenings, Jón likes to unwind by playing guitar and writing his own music.

Despite his love for Iceland, Jón also enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures. He has spent time in Poland, Malta, Belgium, Taiwan, Philippines and Hong Kong and hopes to one day explore other parts of the world.
